To celebrate the 125th anniversary of the 1893 World's Fair, and the opening of Chicago's The Field Museum, we made an app that allowed people to experience what it was like 'back then.'

Through tours, presented by The Field Museum's curatorial team, visitors explored galleries and discovered objects with QR codes that revealed exhibit videos, audio clips, imagery, and 360º augmented reality panoramas.​​​​​​​

QR codes, placed on transit posters, opened a window back in time to the 1893 Midway, complete with fair sounds and visuals.
